Paragon Virtual Services was founded in August 2015, after founder Kyle Gottfried was laid off, as a result of the Zirtual bankruptcy and re-formation. In order to continue working with his clients and making a paycheck, Kyle made outside arrangements and began Paragon Virtual Services as an outlet for his virtual assistant, writing, and web design skills.
Paragon Virtual Services offers virtual assistant, writing, and web design services. Mirroring the determination, hard work, and passion of our founder, we put clients first and work to ensure they have a truly outstanding experience. This is why most of our new clients are referrals from current clients. We believe that through our work and passion we can make the world a better place.
We are happy to work with clients on both coasts of the United States and everywhere in between. We would even be happy to welcome international clients into our lineup. If you need an assistant who is able to easily adjust to timezone differences, we are the company for which you have been looking.
Despite being the founder, Kyle is an active member of Paragon Virtual Services, acting as the lead web designer, lead writer, and chief virtual assistant. A published author since his senior year of high school, Kyle has over five years experience as an assistant, two and a half of which is as a virtual assistant, working for Indiana University, Zirtual, and Paragon Virtual Services in various assistant capacities. Additionally, he has been designing web sites and web applications for nearly ten years. He is co-owner, CEO, and lead web designer at Puner Enterprises, LLC, an Indianapolis-based company which works to promote and distribute web-based comic strips. He is also proficient in German, which he is always happy to use on the job.
